These savoury crepes filled with a chicken mixture, rolled, and crusted in garlic breadcrumbs make for an incredibly crispy and comforting meal or appetizer.
Preparation for meat filled Crepes
For the best texture and taste, thaw frozen chicken or pork crepes in the refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, the best ways to reheat them are in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or in a buttered skillet over medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
